Designer material board: charcoal loop carpet, mottled grey tile, light timber vinyl plank and banksia pods.

The building stays in use. The programme has to admit that.

Sundays and booked events stay put. We set vinyl or Comcork in the foyer and halls, then carpet tiles in the auditorium, as one contractor, in stages you can live with.

One contractor, from the first measure to the first Sunday back.

Church work goes wrong when the tile supply and the fitters are different conversations. Premrest holds the product and the labour. You have one person to call if the aisle is not ready before an event already in the diary. Get the spec right, room by room, and the floor should last the life of the fitout, not the life of a cheap roll.

01

The first note

Church name, suburb, the room, and a rough area. Photos of the slab and the auditorium help. We reply within one business day.

02

A quote from what you send

Plans, measurements and photos of the rooms are enough to start. A visit, if it is ever needed, comes after the quote, not before it.

03

A spec you can read

The quote is the investment on paper: the product that is fit for that room, the prep, the staging, and what is not included.

04

Hard floor, then tiles

Foyer and hall floors are usually first, so grit stops at the door. Auditorium tiles follow. Night and weekday fitting is ordinary. We work around the Sundays you already keep.

05

Staged rooms

The hall can run while the auditorium is closed, or the other way around. The sequence is drawn with the building team, not imposed.

06

Handover before the next Sunday

The room comes back clean enough to use. You know what to mop with, and who to call if a tile or a weld needs attention after the first full Sunday.

Events already booked stay in the diary.

Put the dates you cannot move in the message. Weddings, conferences and the usual Sunday are enough. We bend the programme around them.
